Donald Trump is fuming over revelations the mansion where Chelsea Clinton married at the weekend (31Jul-01Aug10) was put up for sale the day after the wedding - calling the move "tacky" and "disgusting".
Bill and Hillary Clinton's daughter exchanged vows with her partner Marc Mezvinsky at a lavish estate in New York in one of America's most high-profile nuptials of recent times.
But the happy day was soured when it emerged the $12 million (£8 million) Astor Courts property was put on the market and advertised in a full-page spread in the New York Post on Sunday, with a tag line reading, "Yes, It's for Sale. Home of the Recent Celebrity Wedding."
And property mogul Trump is outraged by the blatant marketing ploy. He tells New York Post gossip column Page Six, "Over the years, I've seen many tacky things take place in the wonderful world of real estate, but never have I seen anything so bad. It was disgusting, and if I were Bill or Hillary Clinton, I would never speak to their 'good friend,' the owner, again. They were used..."
